A Tour of the Building
The normal entry into the church is via the doors at the front of the building. This entrance faces the famous Milton Keynes shopping centre on the other side of Saxon Gate.
You enter the reception area. To your left are the Kiosk and the food corner.
To your right is the reception desk, manned entirely by volunteers, and to the right of
that is a short passage that leads to the Chapel.
We shall eventually conclude our tour here.
There are Willi Soukop papier-maché sculptures on the wall both above the reception desk and above the passage to the Chapel.
The image on the lefthand side of this page is taken from the passage leading to the
Chapel looking back towards the reception area. The picture shows, from left to right,
the main entrance doors, part of the kiosk display, the entrance to the food corner,
the Kiosk, the doors into the Cloister and Worship Area and the reception desk. Both
the reception desk and the kiosk counter have since moved to the opposite side of the
reception area. A revised picture will appear here shortly.
Please note that you can click on any of the images shown on the Tour pages to see a larger version of the image.
Our tour begins as we leave reception by the double doors immediately to the left of the reception desk and cross the Cloister to enter the Worship Area by the double doors opposite.
